ITA promotion during bench

Hi everyone,

I am eligible for ITA promotion now having 4.5 yrs of experience but my project got end last month. Can anyone tell me if I get the ITA promotion if yes, whom I need to check with?

Being in bench , i guess it is not possible. The chances are high if you are in a project.

If I got alllocated to any new project does my new manager give me promotion easily?
