ITA promotion criteria
Yoe:6 Ctc:10.46 Grade:C1 Lateral joiner at tcs with 3.5 yrs of experience Last 2 B bands Is this band criteria enough to get promoted to ITA
When will ITA promotion happen for this fiscal year?
No criteria, only fake promises..no promotions happening for anyone this year so forget it..
You need another birth for promotion
YOE - 3.5 (Joined as freshers @2022) C1
Promotion raised by Manager and approved by Reviewer also and from last 7 months it's pending with HR.
I reached out to HR , She told "as you know the current uncertainty it will be delayed but once cycle open we will approve it"

Pending with corporate HR is the all time favourite dialogue from managers
I'm in same situation. My overall experience is 7 years but still stuck at C1
Update:ctc while joining tcs is 9.5 lpa 2023 no appraisal since joined tcs in Feb 2023
