For ITA promotion Minimum 4+ years of experience is required and you should get atleast 2 Bands and one should be A band then they will promote to ITA.

ITA is after 4 years. Your manager needs to initiate it. Also there are few prerequisite like some courses. And it’s pretty tough if you’ve got C band.

Forgot about promotion in TCS better you can switch the organisation with good opportunity I am working for TCS since 6.4 years they did not initiate my ITA yet every time they are giving me excuses like your promotion got rejected by corporate.
