ITA promotion

I have around 5 years of experience in tcs. My last 3 band are C, B, C and first anniversary rating was 4. Am I eligible for ITA promotion? If yes then who will raise it.?

For any promotion they do not take count of those years when you get C , at least B required and 3 bands , but there are always exceptions, you can request to initiate

I have 1 B band. So am I eligible? Or when I have atleast 3 B band, then they will consider me for promotion.

Yes 3 Bs are fine
But i have seen people with one c band also get promotion
