IT waalo, BPS se IT side kese aaye?

Again posting and asking how does one get into a project without hands on experience. Most managers and client expect the person to have worked in that particular role which they are looking. But due to lack of hands on work in previous projects getting overlooked. RMG also does not help much in getting recommendation or push for it.
