IT tag but allocated to BPS Project without taking my concern

I joined TCS in October 2023, before I joined I was not aware of the the project I was allocated to. There is no mention of the project on offer letter as well. After working for 6 months in the project I got to know that I am not even getting perks of IT tag like my NSA is what a BPO 3 would get. What should I do?
