It seems impossible to get into Google
Over the past 3 to 4 months, I have tried everything possible to get into Google (India) but nothing seems to work.
I am a product manager working in FinTech with 4.5 years of experience. Tier 1 MBA, tier 2 Engineering.
I’m also a content creator with 100k YT subs.
I only apply to the relevant PM openings. Must have applied to at least 8 jobs at Google.
My CV is ATS optimised, and I attach a customised cover letter.
I also made mockups and strategy documents relevant for those roles and sent them to the hiring managers, showing my initiative, passion, and skills.
Must have sent 40 emails, LinkedIn and WhatsApp messages. Either get no reverts or rejections.
A couple of friends in Google also referred me. But even that didn’t help.
What else needs to be done to get into Google? What am I doing wrong? Or is the competition that bad?

You can only apply once in 6 months to Google.
So what do you mean by you've been trying for 4 months. They would've only seen your application once. Probably rejected it.

He meant to say he didn’t get interview chance over the past 4 months . Limit is something like 3 jobs in a month , until you get a interview call . You repeat , once you are rejected , Cool off period starts

Why do you think getting into Google is important? There are thousands of companies out there
Connecting with hiring managers is the best way to get into faang. My HM hires based on the ppl his team knows

Kiya YT subscriber hone se fark padta hai 🤔

😂if you think google hires you if you show desperation is wrong . Google will find you ! Once you are in pipeline .

Whatever crazy policy is getting implemented by uncle Sam was hinted in advance to all top CEOs.
It's probably not your fault. They are very cautious and "Hire ACT" is in the pipeline.
