It’s time to fight for justice

It’s high time to raise issue we are facing in TCS, atleast they should provide pkg equal to number of experience year +1 for their employees, even if they are not ready to follow market standard that is 2*number of year +1. We can start complaining here.

I am also agree with this, IT people should get minimum ctc as n+1 L, if not 2n, where n is number of years of experience.
