IT project allocation for BPS employee

Hello, everyone. I am BPO4, was working on IT projects(testing -capital markets domain) from last 3 years. In mid-June, I was released & transferred to BPS RMG because I am a BPS employee. I asked the BPS RMG team move me to the IT RMG, but they refused. With a self-search, I got an IT project, but in the client round, I found that the client req. were so different that my skillset, which was not disclosed by the project lead, then again released from the project at the end of July. But this time, my mapping was still showing with the project head(changed from lead to head) not transferred to RMG. I received a call from one of the RMG person for skillset, i provided also I shared my skillset on emails to that particular person , but after that still no calls for interviews. I don't want to go to BPS RMG, therefore I'm not sure what I should do. Please advise what I should do in this case.
