IT jobs for non-IT background students.

I am non-IT background, I have done my BCOM-computers I have good command on full-stack development, I know some technologies like HTML,CSS,JS (basics) React JS NodeJS MongoDB Java Spring Oracle

But companies are not giving me chance to sit in job interview, tell me companies which is hiring non-IT people for IT job...
