It is possible to transfer after 1 year in TCS ?

I have completed almost 1 year 3 months in tcs , want to change my base location , so what are reasons help me to change my base location?

As per the policy,I guess you need to complete min 2 years ,if you have joined as a fresher , but before that if any medical reasons you have ,you can very well talk to your manager and get approval for the same

Yes. If you have geniune reason then speak to your supervisor and if he is okay then he will email HR for approval and then you apply in system
