Trending @Infosys; It is possible can we have medical leaves instead of earned leave,I'm in medical emergency from 5 days
Does infy even have the concepts of different types of leaves, i have recently joined and all i see is 4 earned leave in one quarter
I don't think they give emergency leave. It's only earned leaves. I had asked once about emergency leaves to HR. And I had got response that only earned leaves are there.
Nope!! Some orgs have it but not infy!! In fact most private org don’t have the concept. But others atleast have 25-30 leaves. We only have 16-25 Per year
The leaves keep on piling up if you dont use it. The max numbers i had till date were 35-40
We only have earned leaves. No concept of sick/casual/emergency leaves in infy 🥲
What about Earned leave? Is it carry forward to next year or lapsed?
Joining infosys feels more like going back to school
