If i joined as a lateral with 3 yrs of experience, can I ask for c2 grade promotion after completing one year in TCS or do I need to complete 4 yrs in TCS??
Ideally you should have ask for C2 while joining TCS. But now nothing in your hand.
And Yes, now you have to complete min. 3 years in TCS (with no C Band) to get C2 promotion.
I am going to complete 4 years this july in TCS. I have been told by my lead that this year only position will be increamented without any monetary benefit... Is that true?
Ya, I heard this too, not sure if it's the actual truth. But based on the current situation they are saying only the promotion will be there but no hike or increment will be given
Then what benefits associate will get for promotion ? If no benefit from promotion, why associate needs promotion, for financial hike or position increament?
