IT Analyst promotion criteria

AAA band means if 3.5 years reached it can initiate, approval Corporate wish.

AB mixed means 4 th year it can initiate, approval Corporate wish.

Real fact is Manager and HR can delay it or give it at anytime from 4 th year.

No transperancy there in any stages mentioned above. All we can do is ask update, still truth will be hidden only.
