ISTQB certificate request for reimbursement is pending with CVO in ultimatix

Hi Friends,

I have completed my ISTQB certificate and applied for reimbursement in ultimatix ievolve. Got approval from my Manager,CDM and Unit owner. Now it is pending with CVO from last 15 days ..no one is approving.....CVO names also not displayed there Anyone facing same issues? Whoom we need to reach to get approval from CVO Someone pls guide me
