
No it's not true. Just yesterday I met with a person who was on bench for 12 months. Don't spread rumours.

Just curious....what kind of skill does this person have that he/she has been unable to get a project assigment for 12 months?? And how come somebody is just staying on bench for 12 months??? I mean no judgement, but frankly one should feel some kind of self realization about being useless if they are on bench for 12 months honestly before the company is forced to kick them out... .

There is a criteria to this.
If the employees are not responding to projects properly and sitting on bench for prolonged period, then obviously tcs will take actions against these freeloaders

I got someone profile for a role in our project in December '24 he was unallocated for 2 months at that time. Now i checked and he is reporting to RMG still. he was working as PM and want to work in technology but he has no handson tech knowledge. We got around 30 profiles at that time few who are unallocated still in TCS. We need to wait and see what's happening may be someone who got D and in bench for long they might target. No idea..

More than 3 months bench time is target & employees who are not taking calls & no rto.
