Issue with team lead
My team lead is saying one thing in front of me but when we have a meeting with manager he just takes managers stand and scold us. So how to tackle this

If u retaliate nothing happens in TCS n u won't grow... Just cooperate learn skills from lead, either technical or such brutal tactics bcz after doing all your effort and proving him wrong or getting release from project... 100% guarantee another lead or manager will be same...
If you want to grow personally: Ignore this shit aquire high paying skills and keep moving on... Trust me retaliate by acquiring knowledge and don't be loyal to any organization... Grow immunity for yourself for such issues, your lead might not hv any option and adopted to such useless things for ABCD bands.
