Issue with PF transfer to EPFO account

I recently left Infosys around three months ago, and I’m trying to transfer my provident fund money from the Infosys Private PF Trust to my EPFO account. I mailed the Infosys Retiral Team and they initiated the transfer request, but EPFO rejected it. The EPFO field officer mentioned that there is no EPS contribution from my past employer and asked for some kind of proof or document. I forwarded this rejection reason back to the Infosys Retiral Team, but I haven’t received any reply from them yet. Now I don’t know what to do. I honestly don’t have much faith in government institutions, especially EPFO, because I’ve heard they reject claims for even small or random issues. My money is currently in the Infosys Trust, and I know it will earn interest for the next three years. So I’m thinking whether I should just keep my ₹3 lakh in the Infosys Trust because if I leave my current job or if I’m removed within these three years, Infosys Trust will definitely give my money back without rejecting it. But I can’t say the same about EPFO since they often reject claims. That’s why I’m confused whether I should keep my money in the Infosys Private Trust or transfer it to EPFO.

Login to epfo and see if there was eps contribution made from Infy. If yes then raise grievance request in epfo portal. If eps contribution was not there from Infy then while raising pf transfer request to deloitte do not select the option of eps contribution. And neither infy nor deloitte is a trust.
