Trending @Infosys; Issue in seat booking in Noida DC
I have my base location as Gurgaon DC (transferred from Pune DC to be with my parents in Delhi) but never ever been able to book a seat in Noida DC (as I need to travel over 45 kms one side, from my residence to reach the Gurgaon office).
Also tried both via the Infy portal and Infy me (at exact 6 pm and 2 days before the planned work from home days). In Infyme, the seat booking actually starts at 8 pm and not 6 pm and when I try to book at 8 pm, I never get any seats available :).
Not sure if it is really a technical glitch (also raised an AHD earlier to which got no relevant response then) or something else.
Any suggestions please.
Forget Noida DC. It's a lost cause. Focus on Gurgaon or work from home. Raise another AHD if you must, but don't hold your breath.
I think there is an issue that within noida and gurgaon, one can only book a seat in their own dc..not sure though
Currect, its same for Gurgaon dc,, actually if you are from some other DC, portal won’t show you seats. I am from noida DC if try to book for Gurgaon DC it show me 0 seats, whereas as at same time people who are in Gurgaon dc when they book for Gurgaon, seats are available to book for them. Its not a glitch, its a tactics by infosys 😂😂😂 so that people move to their base location
