I'm currently a major incident manager in a non-technical role and want to switch projects and roles. Despite updating my resume, networking, and upskilling, I haven't found opportunities. Can someone guide me on changing my project within Wipro and improving my situation? Any advice is appreciated.

Open any Indent in IJP which is matching your skills and mail to it's project manager.. Do it for all the vacancies available in IJP... Someone will definitely respond...
