Change VPN location and try again, If connected with VPN already. If not, connect with VPN first.

Connected with zscaler but some apps are working some are not

I have also faced similar issues in the past so raised an AHD for the same, they will reinstall your zscaler to resolve the issue. My issue was some firewall setting of zscaler as per IT guy.
