Trending @Accenture; Isn't there an exception form or something from WFO?

There is a portal for raising exception for WFH. I don't have that link handy. You can ask your manager or anyone in the office to share it with you. Make sure after raising exception share the documents related to it to your HR via email and with exception number and keep your manager in cc.
Otherwise HR will simply reject your wfh exception.
