Trending @Capgemini; Isn’t there any project available in CG?
I have been in CG for almost 2 years. Neither I am getting interview calls nor getting any positive response from any senior level management to whom I am approaching. They are saying every project there is requirement for experienced people , so if they are not assigning me any project, how could I ever be getting experience. Meanwhile I am upskilling my self. Should I keep faith or hope for the coming financial year on CG????
Have you applied through IJP? Talked to your supervisor for your project?
the same response is coming from supervisor as well. Also after so many requests IJP is not enabled too.
I would suggest you should plan for a switch because you currently hold the experience of two years but you have not worked into any real time project. Getting project in CG is difficult. I don't think you should wait any further. When you will apply for other outside opportunities they might be asking what have you done in these 2 years.
