What is the reality of isb placement? Being the inflated placement report what is the real fixed salary that students get? How long does it take to pay off the hefty loan?

Great for consulting and PM placements, probably the best in the country. And the placements reports are all accurate - its just that companies bundle a lot of non-cash compoenents into CTC, which is exactly what the college reports. It's great ROI if the avg placement salary is like 3x of your current salary, or if you want to switch fields to consulting. Loan repayment depends upon your paying capacity - if you pay the bare minimum EMI, you can be done in ~10 years.
