ISB Hyderabad admission : 4 YOE

Hi I've close to 4 YOE as an SDE. I want to pursue an MBA from ISB, How can I get in easily ? I haven't appeared for CAT, etc, just started thinking of pursuing it.

And how much will it cost and the ROI ?

Someone please please help me on this.

The only reason for me to pursue it is transition into business leader in long-term.

friends did and it’s entirely pay to play institute IIM’s are fairly good

cost 40ish lakh to 50 lakh, roi dependent on salaries business leader will take you atleast 10 years or so,

Cost is around 40 lakhs. And getting admit us a very tedious process. You will have to have a great GMAT score and again there are sops and interviews. And avg salaries will be around 30lpa. If you are already above 20lpa it's not a great thing to do unless you want to switch from sde role to a different role. Epgp from iims is a viable option.
