Is your self perception of being successful majorly depend on current role and current salary?

I am not in S tier company and have a mid ass salary as this was my campus job. But I still consider myself successful because of my college feats( like employing 10 of my seniors in my startup) and extracurriculars.

There might be a SIH winner who might be working 3.3 LPA TCS but that doesn't take anything from them
