Hi folks, I am currently stuck on growth perspective in my current company. They make me work on php and very silly tech stacks.
Team is also quite rude and not so friendly. I want to switch but its just 8 months of experience i have. I have 2 thoughts, 1 to stay 1 yr then switch but prblm in this is i am stuck here. Growth wise and i m not happy with work. Interview for exp. Folks is tougher.
2nd i switch before 1 yr bcoz i will still be considered as a fresher . Easier to switch.
