Trending @Accenture; Is working from the base location mandatory now? My people lead allowed me to work from other location. Any impeachment according to policy
We received one brochure citing they will counsel and send notices and terminate if we don't adhere to policy. But I can see a lot of my friends not working from base locations. What are your thoughts and experiences guys !
This is the exact situation rn I am in , btw what's this case of swipe in not recorded from other location?? And the other question to the dude. How are you submitting your myte. Are you keeping your base location or the current location you are working at ?

Yes its mandatory to work from the base location, disciplinary action is imminent as per HR in future in case of non compliance
You can work from any location but make sure the swipein is recorded from that location for you, for some people the swipeins are recorded only to assigned odcs, check your swipins and you can work from that location
