Trending @Infosys; Is working for infy internal project considered billable as DSE?

I have got an opportunity to work for an internal project and would like to know if it would be considered billable similarly to that of a client project. I’m moving to DSE role and would need to be required meet a certain billing. Can someone please let me know how the billing would work for internal projects?

What would be pros and cons of internal projects? Any details would be helpful, thank you.
