Is WLB a pipe dream?

I wish to find a job where I never ever have to take a call after working hours or have to sit in the office late.

Is it possible? Do companies like that exist? or should I try and focus on GATE CSE to get into a government job?

I see this happening in Product based companies. Not all but most.

In service based, you are billed by number of hours so mostly client becomes God.
So they can disturb you anytime after working hours also.

But in Product based - you are the Client yourself so things can wait till next day untill it's a P1/big production issue.
