Trending @Wipro; Is Wipro pushing WILP employees for constructive dismissal?

Today I had an orientation call for the 6th semester, and I am getting a feel that Wipro is pressurising WILP employees too much so that they will resign and they don't have to break the 5 year contract for their side.

What do you think?
