Trending @Wipro; Is wipro playing with our future?
Hi I have joined wipro in 22 and searching for project since my joining and try to connect with wmg team and practice head but didn't get any reply and didn't get any project till now and nor facing LOP (Loss of Pay). And there are 700 people who facing the lop and not getting the project.and no one paying attention to us and we have tried outside but we have not sallary slip so due to this we can join another organization. So
Is there any chances to get project in wipro. Are they playing with our future.
What should we do in this situation?
My precious three years are wasted by joining Wipro.
Never trust your managers who always say I will promote you in the next quarter. I got fooled by trusting them. Three years no hike.
I will never recommend anyone to join here.

I joined Wipro 3 years ago.
From day one I'm on a billing project. I had put my 1000% effort here and got a good rating as well. But no hike, not even a single rupee.
I shouldn't have trusted the management and could have moved out of Wipro.
This makes me emotionally down everyday. Now I'm planning to move out of this shit company.
Wipro is filled with people who don't do their work on time. The other thing is that most projects don't look for inside candidates, they just bring them from outside. Wipro as a company doesn't kick off people until some serious policy violation, they will frustrate them to leave. A better option is to look for an outside opportunity.
Totally agree, there are a lots of opening where PM’s dnt know what is it for and what the profiles weigh- which makes them to just hire new people for everything and dnt know what to do next with them when that piece of work is done.
That's how wipro is underperforming, just wait, if the same thing continues ......
I request new hires to check online about all these posts and think before joining wipro. I would suggest look out for some other company .

They are not playing with your future, you are. They are focusing on the business.
Now what I saw.. Front end with react, angular, backend development and qa always have demand. Not sure about other domain. Same like outside of Wipro. Very specific job role may not get projects.

Yes, same happened with me also ,I have joined in May 23 & till now no project relevant to my experience & skill (SCM - Logistic Operations) data analysis. Now i am in LOP . I have taken my life's worst decision by joining here.
