I wanted to know if Wipro is a good company to work for as a fresher.
Wipro is an amazing company to work for. The work culture is supportive and there are plenty of opportunities for growth. If your concern is wipro a good company for a fresher? My opinion is definitely yes because I was also joined in this company as a fresher and now it has been 3 years I am working here.
Is Wipro a good company? Umm…it’s really hard to say you know. Bohot log kehte hai freshers have a great time working in Wipro and others don’t exactly know what exactly they are doing. But, yeah the company surely gives the experience which can help you move ahead in your IT career, as a friend told me.
Wipro is an MNC company. It is one of the six leading Indian Big Tech companies. But when it comes to a question is Wipro a good company? then, in my view its not. Because of work culture is very hectic, basic training, lack of career growth.
Is Wipro a good company? Yes, yes, yes! I have been in a place where I wanted to work in the IT industry but didn’t know what role I can exactly be a part of. In Wipro I worked in the Operations and started as a fresher only. After gaining 1 year of experience I moved to another company as the in-hand was more than what I was getting in Wipro.
