Is WFO really needed???

Who r these ppl who want to create team bonding in 2026, here ppl change the job within a yr, this creates a big question y wfo is needed? once in a while is fine but mandatory wfo is just shit. Ppl who don't have life outside work will not understand the importance of WFH. Don't say that before COVID..., the World is changing so the culture will. And the ppl resisting the change will be left behind.
