Trending @Accenture; Is WFO mandatory in every project?
I just want to know if 1 day, 2 days or more WFO is mandatory in some or all projects in Accenture. I wanted to know to make a decision of which project to choose when the call comes. Kindly comment the projects which are having mandatory wfo requirements.
If you're a ase, you should take project which is 5 days work from office. And your team comes to office
This is because you'll learn more from office if people are coming in your project, this is the best time to learn and grow this will also help you to switch in a few years.

My suggestion would be ask your manager whoever approaches you for interview during the onboarding process.hiw many days do i need to attend office.There is no specific list of projects need to work for 2 days,1 days
No i actually want to know if this is an Accenture wide policy or just project specific. The wfo thing
