Trending @Accenture; Is WFO is mandatory?

Is going to office once in a week in mandatory? My manager has not reached out to any of the team members regarding WFO till now. When i was working in EXL, there also we receive this type of mail regarding WFO twice in a week but we always ignored that mail and we don’t face any consequences. Does someone has faced any consequences if they are not going to office?

I also have the same question in my mind. My manager also fine with wfh .but i am getting mails mentioning attendance in office . Will there be any consequences ?

They will cut your bonus in November cycle , because they are constantly using term compliance in every wfo matter, so high chance that may affect you bonus pay , since manger will have track record who is attending who is not
