I am hearing like Walmart is starting the next round of firing is that true? I am planning to join there, but this news makes me nervous about the company culture and job safety, can anyone from Walmart shed some light on what criteria these layoffs are happening? I hope these are just fake news...

I work until 2am every night. And was layed off. People were put on PIP when they started taking leaves for their cancer treatment, People who were given exemplary were layed off, People who were on maternity, miscarriage leave were laid off. WLB is non existant. You are asked to commit 1 commit every day. So unless you want all this stay away.
