Hi, I have 1.8 years of experience. I'm currently tagged under VCDP. I've been on the bench for over 60+ days, but TMP does not count aging it means ageing is 0 days. Is VCDP safer compared to PDP or ADP? Can someone explain or can an HR see this and explain, please?

Until TMP does not show ageing it is well and good. Try to search for other companies , you will get a good hike .
