Is Uruguay a good onsite option?

My Account is releasing me and giving me an opportunity to lead another account's newly formed Support team to train them and make them support ready. Upon successfully achieving this they are promising an onsite opportunity to Monte Video Uruguay in the coming year. Is it worth waiting for this opportunity? Can anyone who is already working from Uruguay help me understand if its good option financially??
