Hi folks I work for one Australia based telecom account under l2 support vertical There's a certain guy who's delivery manager in Siruseri office who never comes to office
And there's one entire team under him whom I see never reporting to office for past 3 months Only one single associate in that team is reporting to office Their tower lead is also not reporting
Do such teams get unlimited wfh exception since I see all other teams under the same l2 support role delivery partner are reporting to office on daily basis?
Or is that delivery manager guy deliberately doing favour to certain teams?

In non odc location with managers approval we get 30 days exception each month

My whole team has been working from home for the last six months even earlier we were not going properly. We don't have a dedicated ODC and we are in a graveyard shift so this rule doesn't apply to us. Also depends on your delivery manager.

Yeah possible if that project doesnr have seats or infra limitations. I have seen a guy who needs to report onky 5 days a month due to shared seats betweej four projects
