Yes freshers will be the main target this time. They are planning to relieve freshers within 15 days if they dont landup in projects. I got this news from my SM who got this communication in a leadership call

Today I got a call 12pm and hr told me to share screen and write a single line resignation and boom💥 that's it everything is done in minutes Tommorow I'll submit my assets and everything 😔

I’m also on bench from more than one month.not getting any calls and nothing.i think it’s not for freshers .

Yes this for everyone who all are bench for now. They are mainly asking to resign new joiners who doesn't complete probation. So it will be easy for them to layoff people in probation than permanent employee. Probation people can't sue them for this.

Yes, Accenture started layoff... I came to know that some laterals who joined recently got in to layoff because they are into America's bench for around 3 months. There's no hike no job security.
