No appraisal letter till November upto E2 band and E3 and above will get it on Jan... I had a discussion with HR. So please don't expect in October. And also don't go via with media report that HCL will give 7% hike, this are fake just to boost the share price

Yes as we have not got our appraisal letter today so it will be only effective from oct not from july again they have eaten 2 quaters of ours no arrial amount will be there of 8 month
