Is to fine to share offer letter other organisation to match the offer??

I have informed the other organisation that I will share just the compensation breakup snippet but they are insisting to share the complete offer letter.

Is it fine to do that? Would It not cause any issue if not at later point of time?

I had shared mine to increase my CTC. So I think it's alright. If both the companies that you got offers from are early stage startups and if you feel like you sharing your offer letter might be a problem with the first company then don't share
