Need valuable suggestion .I have got an offer from Accenture Noida with 37 % hike in SAP vertical .Should I resign at this time considering good WLB in Cg but total 8% appraisal in last 3 years.Thanks in advance

Total 8% in last 3 years. In next 2-3 you will get 1-2% if your rating not more then 3. It’s better time to switch and earn money
