Trending @Wipro; Is this the right time to change jobs from Wipro?
Hi all, I have been working as a Technical Lead in Wipro for 4 years. My profession as a Front-end Developer is full-stack. I am a professional in Angular, React, Node.js, and JavaScript. My salary is around 23 Lakhs after 12 years. Should I change my job or should I stay as per the market condition? Please suggest.
It's not always about salary man , consider other parameters like work life balance ⚖️, managers, culture, it's not like if you get 40lpa means it's win win situation, please look into all things, if you find good offer with good quality of life go for it, no one will remember things before package, just my own opinion, all the best.
This is the best answer. My personal life and work life are going very well. There is no problem. And I am enjoying my life comfortably. But you can understand that some people talk a little in the environment. That's why I thought I should change. So I put this question here. And I got the best answer from you. Thank you.
And yes, when I get a good opportunity, definitely, I would like to go there.
