Is this the best place to work in India?
I have been working with TCS for the last 2 years and I can say that it's one of the best work cultures in India. I never saw any office politics or meetings. Everyone is treated equally and there is no hierarchy. The work culture is very flexible and you can work from anywhere.
There are no restrictions on when you start or end your day. You can take as many breaks as you want and there is no pressure to be available all the time. The only thing they care about is getting the job done. You are reading a joke, this company is the worst and we all know why. I just hate working here, somebody save me please.

TCS don't fire. They do silent firing. Mandatory RTO, Low hikes, Cut in variable pays, Toxic workculture, Pathetic management and trust me they are not thinking about employee once market is fine people will starting leaving TCS.
100% true..! Silent firing is rampant in TCS..! Seniors don’t get promotions, no hike, come 5 days a week or resign.!

For people having more than 10+years experience joining TCS
For people who want job security and who are ok with the growth and package TCS is offering as compared to others.
For Freshers it's the worst . Growth is very Slow and Employees are rewarded with just a 5-8% hike. People on Higher management level are getting great Salary and growth because of the work done by fresher and other employees.
See the company itself is a good . But some people are always pathetic in any organization.. You just have to find a way to deal with them.
