Trending @Capgemini; Is this the best place to work in India?
I have been working with Capgemini for the last 2 years and I can say that it's one of the best work cultures in India. I never saw any office politics or meetings. Everyone is treated equally and there is no hierarchy. The work culture is very flexible and you can work from anywhere.
There are no restrictions on when you start or end your day. You can take as many breaks as you want and there is no pressure to be available all the time. The only thing they care about is getting the job done. You are reading a joke, this company is the worst and we all know why. I just hate working here, somebody save me please.
What do you think?

Well, apparently, all you are saying joke is true for me.
I know projects differs but I am lucky that my project and management is really good. In my project, all employees are treated equally, I can take n number of breaks, no one is forcing me to be available all the time, can work from anywhere (except now we have to go 12 days, but trust me, my manager doesn't care) and just get your job done. And I am just at B2.
I can understand, being in the project where you feel pressurized and all the conditions not good is really frustrating.
If you don't find environment good in the project you can always ask for release and get tagged into other project. If still that doesn't work, switch is always an option.
One more thing I would suggest, try to find solutions if something is very hard for you. Maybe settings boundary for ending a day or maybe saying no to work if you have a lot to deliver.
Just a suggestion though
All the best :)
