Trending @Cognizant; is this strategy of CTS force employees to resign by giving less increment?

I do feel CTS trying this out. Because lot of people are on bench and also CTS don’t have new project coming in as far I know. They are using this approach to maintain the image in market by not doing mass layoffs instead mentally asking people to leave organisation. Any thoughts ?

I don't think so, because.

Firstly - By delaying and giving low hikes itself creates a very bad image which CTS would never accept.

Also with this approach there will definitely be an increase in attrition, however the company will only lose good talent which will further impact in the long run.

I believe there should be better leadership management to overcome this situation.

Agree with you to an extent...No MNC would volunteer to achieve this kind of face value in the market for long run...The current CEO is being trolled for all the good reasons, may be the excuse for "extraordinary hikes" that the company has given taking into account the market scenario, could actually be the incompetence in strategic leadership on part of CEO which is being covered. Just a thought...period!!
