Trending @Accenture; Is this right time to switch?

I got 3%hike after 1.5 years and VP same as last cycle evn after working for almost 10 hrs a day. I am really fed up of all this now. Just want to switch and leave , but is the market good now to switch. I have 4 years of experience.

Last dec,2024 I got 5% hike ,
Lv 11 for 30 months
this time only vp( less) ,no hike or promotion
After working atleast 2 weekend in a month and offhours as well due to project requirements from starting
What should I do ? 😔
