You've missed one tiny parameter, inflation.

IMHO, car fund can be reduced, I see many are wasting so much money on bigger cars which are money sucking machines.

Less than 50k for court marriage Throw in 2.5L and you can have a lavish honeymoon/holiday overseas

Retiring in a village is like a suicide. One cannot plan and execute it. It is a spur of the moment decision. So, the plan stated above, will never materialize.

Village and metro, both are extreme shit. Try to adjust with normal shit.

If you want to live peacefully, you can move to tier 2/3 city (outskirts, if you love big house areas, gardens, etc- more like little farmhouse).
You get an average of both city and village, nobody bothers you, average expenses, average hospitals, schools, infrastructure, etc.

Why do you want to live in a village? Indian villages are mostly terrible if you've used to live in a proper city. I mostly live in a village and it sucks. There are no good hospitals for young and old. No ICU for children. No good schools and colleges. Even basic necessities like water and electricity are scarce.

50k living cost is totally out of scope when you get married and have kids.

Marriage fund gets expensive because of gold price. You have to be strong enough to convince ur family to buy less gold. You can try retiring earlier if you can try for a 8lakhs car budget. Land buy somewhere in remote area...maybe search for a smaller chunk ?

my parents will help with the wedding provided i would ever be able to find a groom😂. I would rather give up international vacations than a home with a big lawn tbh. Cheaper car is something i can definitely think about.

Buy a flat in the outskirts of the city you work in. A city with plenty job opportunities so you don't have to move. That would solve the problem of rent. Don't buy a car. Rely on cabs / buy a two wheeler or a much cheaper car. Idk about marriage fund.

i would never like to own a flat tbh. I want a house with a huge lawn where the sun shines and my grandkids and can play in summer vacations. I love my own grandparents for giving me that.
